Announcement    11 December 2020: Due to postal strikes and festive period expected delivery dates will be affected - you should expect some delays. Please note, we will co-ordinate dispatch so that there is sufficient time left before strike days so that perishable items do not unnecessarily sit in transit. 24 December 2020: SHIPPING DURING LOCKDOWN : Due to current restrictions, flights are not entering some countries. If your country is on the restricted flight list at time of order or dispatch of order I would not be able to ship it out. In this case a full refund will be processed and your order will be cancelled and you will be notified via Etsy messages if this is the case.

24 December 2020: CHRISTMAS SHIPPING ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to the holiday period any orders placed between today and 30th December will be processed from 4th January 2019 and shipped during that week in the order they were placed. Any orders placed from 31st to 1st December will be shipped in the week commencing 7th January 2021.

25 April 2018: Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees vary according to the item purchased and packaging needed and postage varies according to size and weight of the shipment. Where possible I will combine shipping for multiple orders and refund excess shipping charges..

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk. I do not take responsibility for non-delivery of parcels sent via untracked shipping. Buyers are encouraged to select the relevant shipping upgrades for a trackable service for high value items.

25 April 2018: I am now back from leave and have processes most of the orders placed over the last month. Shipping duration per listing will be amended to regular times. Thank you for your patience with me whist I was away. 🙏🏼

19 March 2018: A Bridal Artist will be out of the country from 23d March to 20th April and will not be able to process any orders during that time. You may still place orders and send conversations and enquiries. All orders will be held in a queue pending my return to UK and will be processed on a first come first served basis. Please note that shipping durations will be updated to reflect this temporary change. Final orders for this week must be placed by Tuesday 20th March for dispatch before Friday 23rd March 2018. All orders received after Midnight on Tuesday 23rd March 2018 will be processed after 20th April 2018.

1 July 2017: A Bridal Artist shop will be away, undertaking a charity trek, from 5th July 2017 to 20 July 2017. I will therefore be unable to process orders during this time. The shop will remain open to receive orders but the earliest dispatch date for goods ordered will 25th July 2017. The orders will be processed on a first come first served basis. During this period, if you have placed an order and subsequently wish to cancel your order you may do so up until midnight UK time on 19th July 2017. Cancellations will be processed AFTER this date.

Last date for Freshly made henna cone orders is Monday 18th December 2016. Orders placed after this date will be prepared and shipped in the New Year.
